Easy Retrofit Elevator
Older or even historic buildings are being repurposed. The retrofit project with more modern amenities can be a challenge when it comes to the elevator. In most circumstances ADA improvements regarding access are required. Fortunately for builders the Resolute Elevator System provides a simple solution.
In the photos you can see that the RES system comes with everything included for the elevator to be operational as soon as power is supplied. All the door frames, wiring, hall calls and even a pit ladder and pit light are included in the factory built unit.

In this particular circumstance the RES unit was manufactured in just 8 weeks. It was placed early in the morning to avoid any traffic. The unit was also set in the middle of the building. And it included a stop on the roof top for a future venue for the location.
With a retrofit project, often times we are called upon to place the elevator on an exterior wall. That makes it easy for a simple, pain free access. However, this project was the joining of two buildings into one so a spot in the middle of the project was necessary. Here is a video of a similar project.
