Gibsonville company installs innovative elevator
GREENSBORO — Resolute Elevator LLC, 1208 Springwood Church Road, Gibsonville, will install a Phoenix Modular Elevator this week in the newly renovated Revolution Mill complex, Revolution Mill Drive, Greensboro.
Built in 1898, the historic mill is being restored with living, working and shopping spaces, and businesses. Resolute’s glass back modular elevator will be a centerpiece of an amphitheater courtyard, and the first of its kind in Greensboro, the company says. Its prefabricated hoistway and pre-installed elevator equipment can be craned into position in less than an hour.
Resolute’s modular elevators are manufactured in Mount Vernon, Ill.
