This project includes 2-hour fire rated structural steel hoistway with hoist beam (carries floor loads just like a CMU hoistway), pit ladder, pit light & switch, GFCI outlet & code required hoistway lighting. Marine grade vinyl wrap for protection during shipping and construction.

We take the elevator installation out of the critical path to project completion for the GC and owner.
